The Ductmaker is specially suited for cutting and grooving phenolic foam and is able to replicate each component time and time again.
Using an AXYZ Ductmaker for processing the Kingspan Koolduct Zero ODP system could not be easier. Automating the fabrication process takes out the labour intensive work required and removes the need for marking out, creating templates or using Jack Planes. It also reduces the human error factor that can happen on a busy shop floor.

System Configuration
AXYZ – Ductmaker 4010:
1524mm x 3048mm process area, 150mm Z axis clearance Dual rack and pinion drives on X axis, single rack and pinion on Y axis and Z axis controlled by ball screw.
Single piece fully welded tubular steel base construction including side panels and castor wheels. Integrated aluminium vacuum hold down table A2MC machine control system and machine side hand held SubConsole operator control Machine tool box and starter kit including selection of collets and router bits.
Tooling: 2 x 5 HP Elte industrial three phase spindle (5000 - 24,000rpm) and frequency inverter.
2 x Pressure foot for chip and dust removal attachment.
1 x Unist Mister.
1 x Set of 3 Pop up location pins for fast, consistent material placement
Vacuum hold down system: Zoned vacuum bed with five chambers and control valves.
