ICS enables you to cut out digitally printed images from rigid materials with the highest accuracy system available. ICS will adjust for all types of distortions in the print, including non-linear stretch and skew. Other vision products can only calculate overall stretch, but cannot automatically correct issues of laminate stretch, printer feed issues and other distortions that occur. Only ICS can do this.

For large format CNC Routers, AXYZ delivers a machine to fit every budget. Our low cost, entry level Z7 Series machine delivers an unbeatable price to performance ratio. The Z7 is available in 6 standard sizes and comes equipped with a 5 HP spindle, and a vacuum ready T-slot bed. Available options for the Z7 Series include the Unist Mister, vinyl knife head, and vacuum blowers and pumps.

The AXYZ Series machine is the most popular model for the sign and graphic industry. As the most versatile machine in the industry, the AXYZ Series CNC Routers are available in sizes from 1420mm x 1270mm to 2500mm x 6000mm and larger. The AXYZ Series Routers also offer the most productivity options for signmakers to make your shops more effective and more profitable.

Popular sizes for signmakers in the AXYZ Series product are the 4000, 5000 and 6000 series machines. The 4000 offers a cutting width of 1524mm, the 5000 offers a 1842mm cutting width, and the 6000 offers a 2100mm processing width. Each machine is available with the AXYZ Aluminium Vacuum Bed for material hold down. Other common options for signmakers include the Unist mister (for cutting aluminium and other non-ferrous metals), pop up location pins for quick material alignment, collet or quick release spindles in 5 or 10 HP sizes.

For smaller spaces, AXYZ offers the Millennium CNC router. The Millennium is a table top design with a standard processing area of 1000mm x 1000mm, a 3 HP spindle, and an integrated operator console. Built with most of the same hardware as our large format machines, the Millennium delivers excellent quality in a smaller format platform.

For very high accuracy requirements, consider the Pacer K or HDS series machines with full ballscrew motion on X, Y and Z axis. The Pacer Series machines are available in single tool, or Automatic Tool Changer configurations.
