Customer Service Technician - CNC Machines
With a large and growing user base, we are looking for an individual to join our global technical support and service team at our Nottingham office. The role is mainly office based and covers all aspects of remote support and diagnostics for our international customers and dealers.
The successful applicant will need to be highly computer literate and have a formal qualification in an electrical engineering discipline. Excellent communication skills are required and some experience of working in customer technical service would be extremely beneficial although newly qualified graduates will also be considered.
Some UK and overseas travel will be required and full training will be provided.
