As part of a complete system, the machine controller is generally considered the heart of machine. Since 1990, AXYZ has been developing, programming and supplying our own control systems for the CNC machines we build and for other OEMs around the world. As with any component so integral to the operation of a machine, we believe that the control needs to be developed, not with such a generic configuration to be bolted onto anyone’s machine, but with the deliberate flexibility to grow and expand your machine’s capabilities.
The marriage of control systems and CAM software is critical to the successful implementation of any CNC machine. The AXYZ control system is designed in such a way that virtually any software can create usable code for it. Extensive documentation has been created to assist software programmers and advanced users in their development of post-processors that will best suit their needs.
All of the CAD/CAM systems described in this section will work seamlessly with your AXYZ router. Depending on your industry and applications, one or more of these systems may be more suitable for you than
