AXYZ Router cuts the Mustard at Revolution Signs

An AXYZ 4010 router supplied by CNC routing specialist AXYZ International has enabled Braintree, Essex-based Revolution Signs to meet its considerable routing requirements in-house. This has eliminated the need for sub-contractors and the attendant time/cost issues and enabled a speed up in production and an ability to offer customers lower than normal prices that would not otherwise have been possible.

New Tangential Knife System Boosts Print to Cut Applications |
A new tangential knife head is now available which significantly enhances the material processing capabilities of all AXYZ machines. It can be mounted alongside a heavy duty router and the oscillating knife unit could be used on a third head if required. Fully compatible with the ICS camera registration system which is powered by I-~Cut, the new tangential knife can be used on a wide range of materials from fomex, foam core, and card stock through to heavy corrugated cardboard and plastic sheets.

If you are still using one of the earlier machine controllers which fit inside a slot in the PC then your upgrade options for PC and software have been limited. We have now made available some low cost upgrade packages which allow you to replace your old PC with a new Windows 7 based system.

Whilst the facility is currently providing full after-sales support (including routing tools and accessories, training, service and upgrades) to the AXYZ, Pacer and CAMTECH ranges of CNC routers, it is intended ultimately to extend this to other machine brands.
