CNC routers are the primary product of AXYZ International. We have sold, built and installed over 9000 router systems in our history, the vast majority of which continue to makes parts and money for their owners long after they have been bought and paid for.
AXYZ International offers three high quality brands of CNC Router Tables:
AXYZ – The most versatile machine system in the industry.
The AXYZ brand offers the widest range of machine sizes and configurations of any machine in the industry. It is the platform on which most the most options and tool configurations can be configured. It is also the system most amenable to custom applications, including longer tables, higher gantries, extra cutting tools and custom table design. The AXYZ line offers machines from the Millennium table top machine, through the 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10000 Series machines in a wide range of configurations.
CAMTECH – High quality machine systems on a budget price.
The CAMTECH Z7 and Z10 models offer high quality machines with limited size configurations and fewer machine options. The CAMTECH brand also offers the innovative SpaceMaker Vertical CNC Router, the only one of its kind in the world, for facilities that want the function of a full sized machine, in a format that takes up less than half the space normally required.
PACER – High quality, high accuracy large format routers.
The PACER K+ Series CNC Routers deliver the highest accuracy machining in the industry. High tolerance, ballscrew driven machines, built to operate in production environments are the base for the PACER line. Add options including toolchangers, misters, vacuum hold down pumps and blowers and more.
AXYZ International has also developed several industry specific “Branded” solutions. These include:
PanelBuilder system which has been engineered and configured for ACM composite wall panel fabricators, and is built on the AXYZ Series platform. The PanelBuilder system is a complete package including machine, software, and accessories.
DuctMaker system which has been designed for HVAC fabricators working with rigid foam insulation board such as Kingspan. It is also built on the AXYZ Series platform
DieMaker systems are CNC routing solutions which have been designed for use in Die Cutting and Die Making applications. The DieMaker is built on the PACER K Series platform and includes a custom software application.
